so yeh since i've been working out (since march), i've gone from 13stone 2lbs...
to 10stone 10lbs...
and now i've put 8 lbs of muscle on...im pretty damn happy, my abs are showing, my biceps and triceps are growing, chest etc.
the only thing i am having a problem with the working on, is making my back wider, i have a bench press, good dumbells and barbells, but no bars to do pull ups, chin ups, etc.
could someone explain a few techniques with what i've got, that would widen my back. thanks

Find a tree, grab a branch, and pull away. Seriously, find a way to do pull ups.
I do pull ups off of a door jam that sticks out 1/4 inch, this works my back and grip strength. This is something I learned when I started rockclimbing, which is something that requires a lot of grip and upper back strength.
Also, part of that wide back look is broad shoulders. Make your shoulders larger, and your back will show it.
