I was just wondering, Will it inhibit growth by working the bi's and tris twice a week with 2 days rest in between.
For example here is my routine.
M back - calves
T chest - biceps
W rest
T legs - calves
F shoulders - triceps
S rest
S rest
I was thinking of doing the normal bicep (on Tuesday) work out, followed by the tricep work out (F WO routine). And then on Friday doing that day's nomal tricep work out with tuesday's bicep's routine. So I will be doing the same bicep and tricep routine on tuesday and friday. With 2 days rest in between on weekdays and 3 days rest including weekends.
So does that makes sense? Will it be ok? And not slow growth down.

I do them twice per week, but it sounds different as they actually are 6 days apart, with one full day rest at the very least between them, sometimes 2. I find this an optimal time for me for arms.

Reamember..back and chest work those arm muscles too...so you working them 3 days a week not just 2....i wouldn't do this no more than 4 weeks.
IF you want your arms bigger, eat more.....lift more weight on bench and pullups and rows......those dictate how much arm you have.

BA makes a valid point, but not entirely on. First off, if form is correct on both chest work(more shoulders...anterior delts involved as tri's are) and back(lots of bicep if form is not correct), then it should be no problem. On bi's for instance, take one of the days(furthest away from back day) and do your heavy suppinated work(standard grip), and on the other day do your reverse grip and hammer work.
