O.k. need an answer, I do cardio 5-6 days a week, I alternate between HIIT, running 3 miles and walking outside 2-5 miles 3 x's a week. I eat about 5-6 times a day, high protien, carb sources are oatmeal brown rice and whole wheat bread or tortillas. I feel like I'm missing something because I am tryng to loose about 10 lbs... gained recently due to some major chaneges in my life.....any suggestions? I also like the workout ideas of Body for Life alternating weight with cardio, but I feel that I need more cardio than that.....Thanks:)

You need a combination of both Cardio and weight training to see the results you want. Remember building muscle burns more fat. You should do a combination of both as I said. Have you tried the weight loss/tone program on here. that would be a good place to start.

Body for life is a good start. Quality way to get yourself into a nice workout regimine, and it does work if followed. If you complete that program, it will show you that you have what it takes to journey on so to speak.
