Can I be healthily overweight? I weigh 200 lb, am 5'10, am 42, workout 4 times a week, eat around 1600 calories a day, whole foods, lots of water, sugar free and take my supplements religiously. I am 42 and used to weigh 254 lbs. I lost 70 lb and re-gained 20, but have built a lot of muscle. Of course the cellulite is still around my thighs and there is a portion of loose skin, but my upper body, until we see the legs, is like an hourglass. I just do not seem to get anywhere on my attempt to lose weight anymore. Would a daily treadmill workout help? If so, how should I do it?

yes you can....resting heart rate,VO2,etc
I mean it's generally better to have less body fat...but you can still be healthy....had a funny story in bay area on the issue....a fitness instructor was fired for being 200+ lb ....she taught a cardio class....but she was very fit....the two are related/correlated but that doesn't mean that if you're one you're necessarily the other as well...
