I have been working out for a few months now, but I dont feel like I am getting stronger. Is there anything I can do as far as diet to help build muscle. I have noticed that my arms are a little more defined since I have been working out but I still feel weak.

give it time, and possibly change your routine. If you are looking to build strength, increase the weight, even if that means having to decrease the reps.
As far as diet, increase your protein intake.

I was thinking more protein but was not sure if that would be the answer. Thanks

cut the reps down. Increase the weight. If you are doing reps that high, you may see strength increases from something like 10-8-6, or 5X5. Reps that high won't build much strength, if any. That could be your problem.

What type of exercises are you doing?

The best feeling in the world is the feeling you get after a tough set of squats after you step back from the power rack and throw up all over the floor.

You should probably split up the back and shoulder workout so where they have their own days. Doing chest twice a week might be a problem because you might not be giving the chest enough rest.
