Sorry if this has been asked a lot but im 14 and playing football ive been working out for a year now and i was wondering the best abb workouts ive been doing Exercice Ball Weighted Crunches i was just wondering How many and how many times a week or day?? Thank a lot if you respond

If you're 14 and an offensive linemen I dont think your coach would want you doing too many ab exercises and getting your fat levels down.... but if you're a receiver or running back or defensive back etc it doesnt really matter how many times you do your abs they will come in time they are probably already there it's just you have to have a low fat level to get them in order to get that low fat level just take in less carbs...

yea im not big im like 5 foot 6 and 125 pounds my stomach is just flat but it is hard so idonno
