I am interested in starting the freetrainers mass and strength 12 week programme. Has any one tried this before? Feedback would be great.

Fill out you profile.
The 12 week mass program is intended for people that are in pretty good shape, it really demands A LOT of work and dedication.
Good luck if you go for it, and let us know if we can be of any help.:dumbbell:

The programs here on FT are very good, I've tried two of them and they work. Hang around and I'm sure someone will get you some info.
A word of advice, fill out your profile, as a lot of members won't answer you if you don't.
Cheers.

Cheers for advice. Think I have completed profile now. No photos Im afraid. Bit of a technophobe. Would not have a clue!

For the photos, if you want to add them, you need to send an e-mail to george@freetrainers.com (he's the founder) and he'll get them up for you asap.

Definately try it. Lector is right, it is for intermidiate lifters, and you are also right, less is sometimes more. Cutting the volume and upping the intensity is a very effective way to get through a plateau. If you have any questions once you begin, then by all means post them if you cant find the answer, and welcome to the community!
