Hey,

i wanna know if glucosamine & chondroiton will help my joint's but one thing will it help out healin up my inflamed shoulder too b/c im takin some pills that the shoulder dr. say to take but i was thinkin about takin something esle too to get my other joints in my body in good heath too so..i dont get anymore inflamed shoulders or anything like that when i get back to weight lifting this winter & whenever the dr says when i can go back too lol i go back in 3 mouths back to the shoulder dr

I take fish oil for inflammation and G/C for the joints, esp for my shoulders...works very well....G/C is good but check with your doc....

will fish oil still do it job if i got inflammation shouder? b/c i started takin G/C last mouth so..im thinkin about buyin fish oil now but i maybe will ask my shoulder dr about it next thursday but i maybe will just start takin too so..i maybe will get some next time im at walmart

I've been taking fish oil, G/C and Celadrin primarily for tendonitis in my shoulder. It took about 6weeks, but I really notice a difference now. I started with just fish oil and G/C, but then added the Celadrin and I think the Celadrin is what has made the biggest difference. Again though, it took about 6 weeks before I noticed a difference! I can finally do chest presses again!! I buy my supps at Costco.

I take G/C for my knees and after about 5 weeks they felt better. I've also read that taking collagen is good for joints.
