I know the best thing for pulls or strains is rest....but i just have that kind of time the season starts in about 3 weeks and i need to get into pads within 2 weeks so i am looking for any suggestions to help me heal up faster....

2 weeks in pads. I would say no way.

However, the best thing for you, would be to keep blood in the muscle as much as possible. Doing endless leg curls with no weight other than a pair of shoes will accomplish this. These high reps will get blood into the muscle, allowing more nutrients to be delivered and speed up healing time. also, hot baths, and massage may help. Take it easy though, nothing to extreme, and if it hurts, don't do it.

The best feeling in the world is the feeling you get after a tough set of squats after you step back from the power rack and throw up all over the floor.
