first of all.. how much do you eat in a day? i find if i dont eat alot, i get very tired.. spread your meals out evenly over the day to continually replenish your energy stores. how much do you eat at one time? you could experience the burnout after eating a big meal.. when your insulin shoots up for awhile and you crash. what kind of foods are you eating? i find high fatty foods really put me to sleep.. french fries, deep fried crap, etc. how much sleep do you get? a solid 8-10 hours is going to be best for you rather than a few naps across the day, or just a few hours.

I would suggest you go into your doctor and get your levels checked for anemia and possible thyroid issues. it is very uncommon for someone your age to be so tired all the time. unless as bropie says, you are not eating enough, in which case you need to eat enough to restore your enegry for the activities you do in your life.

Good luck and let us know the outcome.

do you take vitamins regularly? If so, throw in an extra B12 to help restore some energy. I wouldn't look too much into the fat burner, high energy type pills, yea they give you energy alright while making you feel like your heart is going to pop out of your chest. Not a good idea to overwork your heart, which is basically what a lot of those do. Then there's the burn out stage when you stop using them. It is a vicious cycle to get into to.
