im 16 years old and was woundering if it was safe to take cell-tech, iwas reading and it said all this hit about insulin and all this, and just wanted a straight answer.......if u can please

You can do better. Besides, at 16, why are you wanting to even take creatine? How long have you been working out? Build a solid foundation first, creatine done too early will do even less than it will after you are an intermediate or advanced trainee. How will you know if it even worked? Your training, diet and rest should make you nice gains right now, creatine will do next to nothing for you at this point. Save your money.

Well i been training sense my 8th grade year coming into highschool and im gonna be a junior i train with a lot of intesnsity and i bench 275 and squat 365 and im 5'6 163 and wish to bulk up realyl quick for football i gained a few pounds in the off season without the help of supplements except whey protein, and i really want to tear shit up this junior year and then dominate my senior year and i need to add a few more pounds and gain stregnth
