its not about how many situps you can do, its about challenging your abs. add weight, change your exercises, try supersetting with other exercises.. doing a billion situps will not build as good of a core as opposed to intelligent training. and if you expect to see them, you need a very strict, clean diet.

ITS NOT HOW MANY YOU CAN DO THAT GETS YOU A SIX PACK.IF U DO MORE THAN YOUR BODY IS UP TO YOU WILL DO A LOT OF DAMAGE TO YOUR ABS.START AT WHAT FEELS RIGHT FOR YOU AND THEN MOVE UP.Also wach your diet if you do get a six pack it will not show with flab over it.

I found that talking on your cell phone, wasting time on the machines and f'n around with your buddies and just doing abs in the gym is the only way to get them shredded:big_smile:

Crunches on the swiss ball will help you see results faster. This is because it allows you to extend your abs as well as felx them.
Work your abs like every other muscle in your body. Keep the reps low and add resistance as you get stronger.
Resistance for crunches on the swiss ball can be added by holding a dumbbell on your chest.

well am sixteen and i also need help becasue i need the work out its hard when your a teen i do 16 but the way i eat am never gona get a six paxk so can you help me out please soem one that is asking you that has been teased all their life you know.
