I was wondering if someone could help me come up with a quite simple plan for working out with NO equipment, none what-so-ever.

My family is moving and everything has been packed up for a while and it won't be unpacked for another long while. And also, I'm just curious as to what I could do without anything but my body, and still get a full body workout.

Anyone wanna take a crack at putting together a equipment-free schedule? Thank you.

Ah, thank you for the input so far, but that raises a question. How can I work my back without a pull-up bar?

Stair sprints (if you have stairs) and Sucicides offer great cardio vascular work outs. without a pull up bar you are going to have some trouble with your back mainly your Lats, push ups will bring in your traps a little but not like pull ups or chin ups. Some yoga poses will streach and tone the back but not give your muscles much size if that what your looking for. In fact Along with the basic exersises yoga can offer a great work out with out equipiment but it will not build bulk and may not be your flavor, i suggest atleast investing in a pull up bar the kind you can put in a door frame
