I am designing a game for a continuing education course. it has to teach principles of exercise, muscle groups, and movements.
I have decided to base it on Family Feud (Fitness Feud) So, I need to do a survey to determine the most common answers so there can be a top five (survey says...) Here are the categories so far: Name a muscle in your upper body Name a muscle/muscle group in your lower body Name (and demonstrate) a compound exercise that works the following muscle groups Quadriceps Hamstrings Shoulders Chest muscles Back muscles Calves Name and demonstrate an isolation exercise that uses the following muscle groups: quads hamstrings rear deltoid front deltoid medial deltoid biceps triceps calves abdominals (rectus) Obliques back extensors Name and demonstrate a sport specific movement that specifically uses the following muscle groups: quads hamstrings chest back shoulders abdominals Name and demonstrate a stretch for each of the following muscle groups: Quads Hamstrings pectorals latissimus dorsi deltoids calves triceps glutes abdominals Extra credit question: Top five exercises in the gym with free weights Top five resistance machines in the gym Top five forms of aerobic exercise So - help me out with some answers so I have a top five list for each category, would you? -------------- It\'s easier to go down a hill than up it but the view is much better at the top. -Henry Ward Beecher |

More input? Anyone? Additional isolation exercises? I think front kicks and rear kicks count... cable exercises...I can come up with them all on my own, but then it wouldn't be a survey! |
