Bench alone will not make you gain mass! you need to work all parts of your body and eat right!

in terms of your training, if you want to increase strength and size train with lower reps. say 6-8 reps, training to failure. every month or two, try a max press. dont expect a phenomenal gain immediately, it will be incremental, but if you put effort in, results will come.

Try 70-80% of your max bench for reps. If you cannot complete the required sets, you may need to decrease, but this is a good place to start.

So far i took advice you gave in some other post bb1fit. Like first i started with 135, did 5 sets of 5, then moved to 140 5 sets of 5 then 145, and now I'm at 165 5 sets of 5. Good advice
