fianlly after 8 months of waiting for my gym to open (long history). I decided it to find other gym in the area which was not that easy...
well, next week i`m getting my membership. Could you give me some pointers what I should be concentrating on after so many months of being a couch potato.....
I don`t wanna injure myself. So, I was thinking of starting with cardio and lightweights until I get myself back into shape.

Bicep... fill out your profile so you can be helped better...
Also, start slow... light workouts till you're comfortable with the weights and machines and so on...

I got my membership on Monday and today I did the my fitness assessment which states that I have gained 10lbs (184 lbs @ 5`10”) my fat is around 20% ...but my heart is in good condition
the guy at the gym tried to sell personal trainer sessions but at this time cannot afford it.
So now I need a plan of attack, but I`m going to need your help:
I`ve been told and also have read bb1fit`s post that says (if i understod it right) its better to do cardio on off days or after workout.
Also what workout would be better and for how long 3 or 2 or 1 day split ? and what exercises should I be concentrating on?
