I am currently a small 16, I want to be a 7 before the summer is up. How do I go about doing it???

No offense, but I don't think that you could do that in a healthy manner. You could follow some of the other posts found on this board and lose maybe 1-2 lbs per week but I don't know if you could get down to that size by the time summer is over.

The way I have been losing weight is
1. No more fast food or Soda in my diet
2. Drink lots and lots of water, someone tol me drink a glass or 2 before meals to aid digestion and so you are not as hungry later.
3. I go jogging 2 or 3 nights a week and I lift weights 2 nights a week.
4. Lower caloric intake slowly maybe 250 calories a week.
I have lost about 25 lbs and 3 inches around my stomach in about 3 months. I am still losing about 2 lbs per week.
Don't think you will lose weight overnight though, I have gotten burned out a few times with trying to lose weight too fast. It is a slow and steady process, and if you go with 1 or 2 lbs per week it is actually not too hard.
When exercising and dropping caloric intake remember to start slow. If lifting weights start light, and work you way up slow.
If you haven't got the point yet SLOW, SLOW, SLOW...
