Hello, i am a new member of freetrainers.com but i am encountering some problems with my training. I am skinny but the problem is that i have a fat head. My body is skinny but my cheeks are fat. I thought i would fix it by running and thats what i did i was 180 pounds and i got down to 167, my body got even skinier but my face didnt change. What am i doing wrong please i need some help my face used to be skinier last year but this year it changed. By teh way i am 18 years old.

depends on your goals.. always start and end with a 5 min warmup and cooldown. your actualy workout could be any length you want.. from 10 min to an hour.. but depending on intensity, program, etc. you need to make this choice. remember high intensity, short duration is best for fat loss. look into HIIT training in fitbuddy..

yea but the point is that i have been runnin a losing 325 calories every day and my body got even skinier not my cheeks. Like man_of_steel mentioned i need to work on cardio and not fat loss but the point is i dunno how many calories i am supposed to loose a day running to see some results.

Personally, I think you look great! I never would have though that your face looked fuller. At 18, your body is still going to change somewhat, so I would suggest you just keep going with your exercise routine and eating healthy. You may just be predisposed to a fuller face (although again, I don't see it) I know I certainly have fuller cheeks than average and I appreciate it now, cause it makes me look younger!

Even if you are on the right track, you will get run over if you just sit there.
