Schecter, have a look at the grocery list for healthy eating in the nutrition forum. You can't go wrong choosing foods from this list.
http://www.freetrainers.com/FT/jsp/pro/MessageFolder.jsp?f_ix=3
Just looking at your meals for today I would say drop the cheese wiz and with the 3 eggs you probably don't need the peanut butter. Make sure your bread is whole wheat, switch your apple juice for a real piece of fruit. Most people here advocate eating 5-7 small meals per day with each meal consisting of protien carbs and fat (healthy fat that is) Try to make your meals consist of as much "whole foods" as possible--meaning try and stay clear of processed foods.
If you fill out the nutritional profile you'll at least get an idea of how many calories per day you should be eating. Then read up as much as you can on this site about proper nutrition you will gain invaluable information which will help you change your eating habits. One of the moderators, BB1 is currently doing a thread on Diet which is stickied at the top of the nutrition thread--it is great info!!
Good Luck and ask any questions you have, there is plenty of knowlegable support here!
-------------- Even if you are on the right track, you will get run over if you just sit there.
