I know that you have to get your heart rate up to a certain level to efficiently burn calories and fat. I walk the entire time I am at work and carry things around back and forth and put 25-50 lb boxes on shelves. Should I up my caloric intake due to this? I am trying to bulk and don't want to short change myself especially since I am taking the time to count calories, protein, fat. . . .etc. I know that it wouldn't count as much as with say a cardio session but it has to use more calories that the guy who sits upstairs at a desk all day and doesn't move except to get his morning doughnut.
