2) Is it ok that i sperate my liftings apart by like 1h and 30min?

theres a few ways to do hiit.. however try to keep your actual session to about a 17-20 min max. maybe start with a 5 min warmup, and try 30 s sprints, with 1.5 min rest and so on for 20 mins if u can, and then a 5 min cooldown. you can also increase or decrease the sprints/light exercise times (ex. 15 s sprint, 1 min cooldown). hiit is good for cardio endurance, but dont do it all the time. remember to throw in some regular cardio (ie bike/run 30 mins or whatever), and keep your hiit to once or twice a week.

Quoting from bropie:

What is wrong with doing hiit more than twice or once a time a week?

supplementing regular cardio in as well will keep your body from adapting.. however, i forgot to mention, hiit in the morning is good to raise your metabolism during the day, and burns much more bodyfat than regular cardio.

bropie is right on mark as usual. The only thing I can add is that for cardio endurance you have to keep your body in an aerobic state and not an anaerobic state as with HIIT.
HIIT can be used as an occasional workout routine to increase your pace/strength.
Just for reference in case you don't know what they mean.
Aerobic means "with oxygen" and anaerobic means "without oxygen".
good luck with your goals.
