I have a desk job and frequently find my self tired. Is there any exercises that I could do at my desk to boost my energy?

i dont know about exercises to do at yorur desk, but when i get tired during the day. I go for a short walk, gives me some engery and refreshes me to get out in the fresh air.... try going for a short walk on a break or lunch...

it is a good idea to move away from the desk and go out - even interact with other persons (chit chat) and drink alot of water - i have found that helps too

try to change up your chair with a swiss ball for 15 mins of every hour.. it will help your posture, and fire your muscles that are dormant when you are normally sitting.. and hopefully wake you up

Get yourself a boss that won't leave you alone and likes to look over your shoulder all the time...that'll keep you awake.
I had this problem for a while. Lately I've been listening to more music through headphones with www.launch.com and get a little dance going in my chair. Not everyone has this option and my desk is fairly hidden so no one see's me busting a move.

Stomach vacs can be done at a desk...
Also, someone pointed this out to me once, when you get up, make sure you are getting up as though you are doing a squat... use those quads!
