Quick question regarding General Fitness program..
I see that first 8 weeks are for Tone & Weight loss and the next 8 weeks are for Lean muscle mass gain. However, I am unable to select the Lean muscle mass gain program. Does that mean, once the first 8 weeks for Tone & Weight loss program is complete, I'll be moved to the Lean Mass Program?. Is that how it works or can I go directly to Lean muscle mass program? Just curious. I appreciate everyones input.
You can go either way you choose. Ideally, choose a goal that suits you, and go with it. If fat loss/muscle gain is your main objective(which for most it is), I would suggest the tone and weight loss to begin, then change goals after you complete it if you so desire, or you can actually continue with it again if you like.
