Okay so Im a little confused. I have a ruler shape body (Im female). It seems like muscle is hard for me to build and I cannot get this pouch of fat off my tummy. I gain weight there first and usually no where else. Is there training that people should do for different body types? More cardio? different types of cardio etc? Any ideas
You need weight training. This is the only thing will effectively "sculpt" your body. Cardio will not do this, if you are a ruler now, you will simply become a smaller ruler.
If you think of a piece of clay, you can shape and mold it the way you want. This is how resistance training works.
