What does this do again? Shocking your muscles? How often should i do it? What are some excersises to shock certain muscles like biceps or chest?

Shocking your muscles is a technique used periodically to as a tool to break a muscle out of a slump of no gains for instance.

Muscles get used to a prticular movement, at that point change the exercise and it is a shock (surprise) to the muscle. Like BB! said no gain.It's like a wake up.
