I ma starting my new owrkout on Monday. How much weight should I start with on the differnet exercises?

start light and work yourself up....for example on bench....you may want to start with 25s...for 95lb...if you can do that for 10 easy reps...move up another 10-20 lb...and keep going...it's a trial and error procedure....just make sure to do it with a spotter...you want to get to a point where you're failing to finish a set at given reps with a weight....but if in doubt go lighter rather then heavier....
