cardio and diet will be the best way to get rid of this.. stick to healthy fats, keep others low (esp. trans fat, cut that out of your diet! it is hardest to lose..). stick with high protein from lean sources (chicken, tuna, turkey, lean beef, cottage cheese, egg whites, etc.), complex carbs (brown rice, whole wheat bread, etc.) and lots of veggies. check out the grocery list for healthy eating in the nutrition and diet forum..

yep, no such t hing as spot reducing - you need to continue getting rid of bodyfat.
