Hey everyone, I just joined b/c I need some help.

I've been working out on a regular basis for about 8 months now. When I do squats, my knees and ankles fly outward, causing my feet to rotate out. The only way I've found to correct this is to instead of squatting straight down, I have my knees go out a tiny bit. This seems to stop my feet from rotating. However, it also causes A LOT of pain and tightness in my calves the next day. I'm obviously not doing something right.

Anyone have any good corrective exercises I can do to make my squats one solid, smooth, straight motion?

Yeah for one try widening your stance and point your toes outwards a bit.
