OKAY IM NEW TO THIS WEBSITE, BUT I NEED HELP ON HOW TO ADD THE FOODS TO YOUR LOST AND MY PERSONLIZED EXERCISE SUCKS, THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO CARDIO JUSS WEIGHT TRAINING, I DO NOT WANT THAT I WANT SOME CARDIO IN MY EXERCISES, AND ITS THE ESAME THING FOR THE NEXT TWO WEEKS????!!!! I WANT TO LOSE AT LEAST 5 LBS. BY JUNE 25TH AND SO FAR THIS WEBSITE IS NOT HELPING AT ALL..PLEASE RESPOND ASAP:angry:

well the cardio part you add yourself.. get about 3 to 4 days of that a wk.. and it should help you out... about loosing the weight by a certain time... loosing weight takes time.. altho you are only looking to loose 5 lbs.. it still takes time and work.. that is something i learned from this site....

If you walk (briskly) everyday (start with a mile) and you drink 8 full glasses of water, it will help to jumpstart your weight loss. No fast foods. Also, you should not starve yourself. My doctor told me to eat healthy snacks throughout the day and you lose weight faster. She also told me to cut back or eliminate dairy and sugar that is not found naturally in foods. There are all sorts of workout videos for cardio...they are fun and you can change up your routine easily.:cool:

You are only 14 and your doctor said to eliminate dairy? You are still growing. Were you recommended to a nutritionist? she should have...to make a proper meal plan for you. Following the national food guide (whether american or canadian) is a good healthy wa to do it.
