I realize that the best way to get rid of the flab on your body is through diet and weight training. I know because I had been doing it for 20 years until around 3 years ago. I stopped lifting, eating right, etc because of some serious depression from a bad marriage/divorce. I also started anti-depressants which made me gain weight. So now I weigh the same, 133, I'm 42, but my muscles has atrophied so badly that my thighs look like "cottage cheese" and my arms have that gross swing. What I am curious about is if anyone else can recommend a routine that they did to get the muscle and the tone back. In the meantime, I have been doing my old program at the gym and it seems like it's just not working. Anyway, thanks for any advice.
