I've lost 67 lbs since January 31st, but lately I've been getting cravings. I've been munching on almonds and peanut butter more than I should. Is this a sign of something? Almonds and peanut butter are a part of my diet, but for the past two days, I've had waaaay too much!

Any suggestions? I think it would be easier if I just dropped the peanut butter and almonds from my diet in order to get them out of the house and REMOVE THE TEMPTATION!

What do you think?

Oh crap almonds are bad??? Maybe that's why I've been slowing down a bit in weight loss (Hit the -80lb mark offically last Sunday), Usually while I'm cooking a turkey breast/burger, or a chicken cutlet for my lean protein I'm hungry enough to do a bit of munching. It's usually like 3-4 Triskit crackers or something similar. Now it's become more like half an apple or pear, or sometimes dried apricots. Then I discovered THE COMBO! Take like 7 raisens and 2 almonds and eat them at the same time! oh man that tasted good, I didn't figure it was bad but damn, I guess all good things must come to an end :surprised:

almonds aren't bad, in moderation.
it sounds like you aren't eating enough in general if you are having such intense cravings. Add a little to your breakfast and first snack of the day, some extra veggies or a piece of fruit, increase your protein slightly and be sure you are eating on time, not waiting until you are hugry and then cooking.

As you get more active and muscular you actually may need to slightly boost your food intake.

If you do drop the almonds and peanut butter be sure to replace it with something else so you can still get in the amount of calories that you need.
