That is the question....
I've just wrapped up an eight week program from FT and I'm looking to kind of switch things up just a smidge. Would a full body be a good thing to go with for eight weeks, just because...?
Also, I'll likely be entering a fitness challenge again in the fall (being in the media, I can get in for free and get measurements, etc. taken - so, why not?) Now, because of the next challenge, would a full body just get me through the summer so I can kick but in the fall?
And (final question)... the full body from here only has one exercise per body part per workout and each is only one set. I was going to add a second set and possibly a second exercise per body part. Good idea or not?
Thanks,
t

Let me know how it goes Tim, if you do it. I was in the same boat comtemplating the same thing and instead just went with a 3 day workout week and may wing it a bit. I'm curious to see how you like it though.

I would do 12-15 exercises twice a week 3 sets per exercise...for a fullbody split....also this may work well for a complete beginner or for someone with little time....however, I think there's a better split if you got 3 days to workout....

I'm opting for the full body for eight weeks... gonna start it on Monday:
BB Bench
Lat Pulldowns
DB Shoulder Press
Leg Press
Calf Raises
OH Tri Xtns
DB Shrugs
Abs
Wed:
Chins
Smith Incline
Upright Rows
DB Lunges
Calf Raises
EZ Bar Curls
Dips
Abs
Friday:
Leg Xtns
Arnold Presses
Seated Cable Rows
Dips (chest)
Bent Over DB Rows
Calf Raises
DB SLDL
Abs
The calf raises will vary and this routine will change after a couple of weeks...
It'll be good to get back to the gym...
