i need to loose my gut to i have to look out for what i eat r can i do crunchs every mornig and night.

Shawn, welcome to FT.

Diet is the key... do the crunches and such, but the best way to lose the excess gut is diet...

Do a fitbuddy search... there is a ton of information on here about the topic...
