How to increase strenght for arm wrestling like the excersizes,tips & tricks,health precautions.
I already am into arm wrestling i've defeated quite a few guys who are double my size.but there are certain thin guys im not able to defeat.Im 70kgs,178cms.I dont work out at the gym and very rarely i do free hand excersices.i would like to know all that is to know so that i be more stronger.

A friend of mine did arm wrestling for awhile, and, if I remember correctly, he really focused on training the grip, forearms, shoulders, and lats. Besides the usual fear of torn connective tissues (particularly in the elbows and shoulders), and fractures of the ulna or radial, spiral fractures of the humerous, as well as tearing of the biceps or brachialis, are also quite possible.

heh....Philips hammer Curls 150s for 10 reps

Top guys also do 65s for 50+ reps..etc...

you need to start doign wrist curls, bicep curls, hammer curls, etc.....

grippers are very helpful..

I remember seeing a professional arm wrestling comp. One guys bones couldn't keep up with his muscles, the bone in his arm snapped. Ouch.
