So am trying to build up my outer and lower pecs. The gym in my building only has a bench machine(with straight or up/down handles), and a bench that can incline, with dumbbells. Any suggestions for building up these muscle groups with basically dumbbells only?

pecs have been covered a lot many times.. give a search in fit buddy at the bottom of page.. give something like.. chest workouts and u'll get a lot of threads...
as far as working out ur lower and side pecs are concerned.. declined bench hits them.. so do declined bench presses, decline flies, decline dumble presses etc.. dips are also very good for this perpose

Thank you, looked some, but like you said, were quite a few posts.
I know I need to do decline exercises, but my building's gym only has a flat bench that can incline by adjustment(and not safe to do decline on it).
So am looking for any advice on something with dumbbells(also all they have in terms of free weights). that I can do standing up, or lying down on the flat bench. Don't even know if there is such a thing.

you can incline in a little bit and use the headside as lower body side.. i mean.. instead of putting ur head on inclined side... put it on declined side.. just a thought...

We had that problem at my gym for a while. What we did was put a couple of 45 pound plates under the bottom side of the bench to make it on a decline. Worked for me, good luck to you.
