One of the benefits says that members will recieve response to all inquirires within 24 hours. So that means any questions I have regarding diet, supplements, routine etc. I can send to a professional, no matter how silly or repetitive, and they will in turn answer me within 24 hours?
Also, how does a professional earn his/her title?

I guess not. Lucky I checked before I spent the money.

Frosh, professional members have paid the membership fee here. Thats it. Pro membership doesn't mean that any pro will answer your questions nor do you really want all of them to. Membership gets you a journal, the ability to look at your entire FT exercise plan, access to the pro board, the ability to swap exercises on your workout before you print it, enlargements of member photos and Anni's home phone number.
I have rarely waited more than 24 hour for an answer to a question. 99% of the answers you seek will be available in fitbuddy anyway and you can usually get them much faster than 24 hours.
Silly and repetitive question may yield silly repetitive answers. I'm violating my own rules as an FT pro even answering you because I try not to respond to those without profiles. Kind of pointless actually because 1 shoe doesn't fit all eh? If you do join please announce it early so we can delete the posts in the pro board about you.

Good response Charlie!
Let me just add that when you post a question on the weekend, it's likely to go unanswered by a pro member until the first of the week. While most pro members are highly dedicated to promoting healthy lifestyles, we actually do have lives and aren't at anyone's disposal all the time.
