There have been many questions on here about how to reduce a stomach. And I have read over and over, "You can't spot reduce. You have to lose fat from everywhere." My problem is it seems like I have a pot belly or something. From the side w/o clothes on, it looks like I could be pregnant. When I suck in, I lose a good three inches. That "sucked in" look is exactly how I want my stomach to be. So, if I do crunces, sit-ups etc can I achieve that. I know I'm not going to be able to see a six pack, but I just want it to not poke out like it does. Its like my stomach would be flat, if it didn't protrude so much. So can I achieve that through crunches?

You can crunch until your heart's content, but unfortunately, you efforts will be futile. You need to make your you are nourishing your body properly and you have to incorporate some form of cardio activity into your routine. Good Luck!

that is diet & exactly where I need to lose it too
you want to try to build your upper body so it doesn't look as bad
& as Ksee said - cardio to get rid of the fat all over
