Hi,

I realised I just could not build up myself after almost a year. I'm just the same size. I don't know what was worng. Now, I want to change my exercise goals, not to become muscular but to be healthy. And I just want to know, should I in any way change my routine?
My motivation is down, I only exercise 1 hour a week. :(

several people here have said that changing your body is 85% diet so start looking at that
did you eat enough protien to build muscles??

If you can't work out why your current plan is not working, post your workout and your diet, and see if anyone else can figure out what's wrong.

Sometimes it just takes a fresh look at things to see what the problem is
