o have a question about losing fat in the belly section i have a little bely and "love handles" and i was wondering the best way to lose them and kinda flatten out my belly area a little thanks for all the help

Sorry.. you can't spot reduce... stick with a clean diet and proper exercise... that's about the best way to get a flat belly...

Yea, abs start in the kitchen. Eat clean, do HIIT and some steady state cardio and you will look fabulous!!!

i would suggest weight training twice per week.. until and unless u put muscles on.. u won't be seeing the results u want.. u might get the weight reduced for a while.. but as soon as u leave the cardio for some time.. it'll jump back.. the reason is.. u need muscles to burn the energy ur body produces from food... if there is nothing to burn it.. it'll store as fat.. and obviously that is what i don't want...

i have a lot of muslce nderneath the fat i used to have abs but i stopped workign out
