I was just reading in fitness magazine, it said:
"As a general rule, if you're looking to build thicher, more pronounced abdominals, do sets of 10-15 reps (of some kind of abs exercises); 15-25 for some size and degree of muscular endurance; and more than 25 reps if you're after a toned appearance without much size"
I think this is weird, doesn't less reps=less size???, Is it that to get a "washboard middle section" i need to do more reps, but if i do less reps, i get bigger abs??, its weird, can anyone explain?

Magazines are generally full of lies anyway, it's all marketing. As long as they get money they dont care what they put in it. You may pick up a few things, but generally its a waste of money and can lead you on the wrong track.

No Reddy, it is not using weights, they're normal exercises such as crunches, leg raises, etc.
