2 weeks - watch your diet
only add protein if you are lifting weights - right afterwards is the best time that I found
I would up the intensy (I can't spell) go faster :)

Generically speaking, if you're just looking to lose BF, cardio (specifically running) is going to be the best bet. 2 weeks straight may be hard on your muscles.
Switch up tempo running, maximum intervals, and normal intervals to ensure you keep your muscles guessing.
If you have other goals, you have temper the lifting with the cardio to ensure you don't adversely affect your gains from lifting.

just run 2-3 miles every couple days....so once every 2-3 days.....continue to eat 1-1.5g protein per lb of bodyweight....eat plenty of of healthy fats...you may want to adjust carb intake depending on your activity level...take in more days that you run and less on your more sedentary days...I know lying on the beach and drinking pina colladas is about as good as it gets so enjoy...heh...just don't over do it cuz many of those drinks are calorie filled....

I want to lose weight and tone, so i do lift but not to gain muscle mass or anything, since i have been lifting though I can tell my body is changing!
Although, I am worried that I will have muscle but still have alot of my fat.
I am following the lose weight and define FT program.:)

In general, Cardio is going to shed general BF more so than anything else. As the fat disappears, your hard earned muscles start showing up. As a lot of people indicate here - it's hard to "bulk" (build muscles) and "cut" (shed fat to reveal definition) at the same time.
If your goal is to get rid of the fat - go cardio and keep lifting to maintain as much of the muscle as you can. If your goal is to build muscle, then you need to temper the cardio.
With less than two weeks, depending on where you are at, I'd most likely find myself camping at the treadmill and be doing tons of intervals and then get back in a more healthy circuit when I got back. Just my $.02.

THanks!!
Maybe I am getting confused because there is alot of talk that alot of Cardio wont shed that much BF.
Well, I guess alot of non-interval, long endurance training that is.
I know HITT works well for shedding BF and i have been doing HITT 3 times a week, the other 3 i do endurance training, so cardio traing 6 times a week, this enough?
Should i do HITT more?

If you're just working to get rid of BF in a rush - I would forget the endurance training (right now) and just vary up the HIIT.
Perhaps even consider doing some of your HIIT on a contraversial empty stomach - but be aware that there probably is more risk associated.
BTW - My understanding is that ALL cardio does well for shedding BF - just that endurance cardio also strips off muscle. One of the best examples I've seen used here is the images of a sprinter versus a marathon runner. Both have low BF, except the sprinter has muscle too. Make sense?
