Hi.. I have been inactive for sometime but I am getting back into.. ALL my body :angry:needs to be worked on but I was lucky enough to 'keep' my calfs.. I don't really have to flex and can still see the muscle... (I have gained a lot of wieght)... Now I dont want to have bigger calfs muscles so how do I train my clafs without 'pumping':dumbbell: up their size...
