I am new to freetrainers.com and I need to lose arm fat, fast! Does anyone have suggestions for fast but permanent results? I do pushups on the exercise ball after I get off of the eliptical machine. And I also lay on the ball and do reverse pushups with free weights as well as tricep 'dips'. I am not gettin results and it has been one month! Has someone else been successful in this situation? Please help I am getting frustrated.

You cannot spot reduce body fat. Your best bet is to keep training and eat healthy so you lose body fat over all.

Check your diet. borpillicus is right on.

lose weight everwhere and you will lose some of the arm fat....if you recently gained weight in your arms...then it's possible that it will be one of the first places to lose the fat also...this depends on where you body is predisposed at storing fat...
do cardio and weight training....and as others pointed out check your nutrition.....slowly start cutting calories by taking out junk food, soda, etc....
