Hey all. First post on here actually, just started using the program about 2 weeks ago. Anyway, im 19 around 6'1, 180lbs. I used to weigh in at 230 so i lost a lot of that and to tell the truth im not sure how. so now i have some extra skin so i am going to try and fill it in with muscle :laugh: My question is, i have been lifting for a year or so now, and i have been all over with programs so i am now tryin this. i really just want to gain muscle mass, mainly focusing on upper-body. i have a slight case of gynecmastia (or however you spell it) which is enlarged male breasts so i am tryin to get nice pecs. I could use some advice because in the year, i havent noticed large gains really other than bench, which i am now stuck at 160. any help would be appreciated. thank you very much -nate
