Is anyone taking this diet? I am, and in 1 week I lost 1% fat and 3 pounds. My stomach shrinked, and in 5 more weeks Im supposed to get abs.
I read the book, and its completely safe. www.theabsdiet.com

If you've already read the book, maybe you can tell us as to specifically what this diet is?......not the whole book....but the general idea :)

This is a good book......the diet is a healthy mix of protein/carbs/fat, very close to what everyone eats on here. The circuit training routines focus on total body strength training.
