how to look solid all day???

i'm going away on vacation next week and i was just wondering if there's anything i should eat or not eat in order to wake up each morning with a solid look to my body, and maintain it throughout the day. I notice that some days when i wake up my body looks alot flatter or softer than other days. thanks a lot.

Drink less water before bed? But then again dehidration is a pain in the ass.

Have some protein and fats before bed. You will be surprised how lean you look in the mornng.
