Bento over rows are really not for the posteior delts. They will indirectly hit them, but not "focus" on them. This exercise is more to thicken the upper back, and secondary lower back.
A couple good posterior delt moves would be seated bent over rows(sit on the edge of a bench, bend over, grasp the dumbbells and acting like the weights are on your elbows, come up in tree hugging fashion). I like 15 rep sets on these. Another is if you have access to two pulleys across from each other, bent arm cross cable laterals are excellent(with your opposite hand, grab the left D handle with your right hand, and right D handle with your left hand. Bend over just a bit, and pull them across your chest and up). These are great for posterior delts. Again, if all you have is dumbells, you can do incline dumbbell rows(place your chest against an incline bench, grab 2 dumbbells, and row up.
There are tons of stuff you can do,not to mention the fly machine seated facing it.
