I chose the in home training program with no free weights or machines. How can I add legs to my program, I need to burn some fat off of them and then shape them up. Can you tell me what exercises to do. I use a cross-trainer and somtimes an elliptical machine, for aerobics probably 10 minutes a day, along with an ab workout, and then I use free weights in between for arms, shoulders, etc. But I don't like my legs is there a way to add legs to this program I have tried but this does not seem like an option for in home training, and I don't know why not. Help, please I am kind of new to this site. But love to exercise. I am 45 years old, 5 ft 2 and weigh about 115, with no much body fat, but I want to focus on my legs more. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

I know I can do them at home, but not sure what reps I should start out with for each.
