morning or after waking up?

When pepople usually say the best time yo lift is in the morning is it because your waking up or another reason. the reason i askis bbecause im on a weird time schedule, i usually wake up around 2pm and imup till like 6 am . Brcause of this i've been lifting around 4am. lol it strange but if ya undeerstand wat im saying i'd like to here ya opinions

lol it really depends on the person and their schedule...I personally go directly to the gym from work...it's my favorite time to go....I work at 730 am so going in before and making it to work would mean working out around 530 am...so for me 430/5 is the best...then I feel great for the rest of the evening...
