Hi,
I've been on the FT mass program now for 7 weeks. Before I signed up for the pro. membership, I had about 2 weeks under my belt on a similar program. Anyways - so I'm in my 9-10th week of working out.
I've been working real hard and (tactically) been doing a lot of lifting in addition to my FT program. Last month I dropped what I figure to be about 2% BF to around 16%.
I'm just now noticing a pretty significant buildup in my shoulders. Very exciting! My bi-s and tri-s are firm and seem to be getting bigger too.
My question is, is this normal progression? I mean, I know it's going to depend on body type and the exercise program, but for men, what are the muscle groups that seem to "come out" or "build up" first.
What are others experiences getting in shape?

It all depends on you. For me my arms and legs and back seem to build the fastest. It all depends on your body.

The leaner body parts will show the muscle first.
IE: Deltoids, traps, biceps, sometimes triceps (again depending on BF).
Sounds like your doing great!

Still trying to find out how to do the Hollywood Free Press.

If you can remember when you all started - does it seem that 10 weeks is about right to start seeing results? Again - I know it all depends, but just asking for personal experiences here.
Thanks for the support!

My triceps ballooned in about 7 weeks, Biceps followed with chest and shoulders. My delts are beginning to show at this time which is approx 11 weeks, Legs and back are slow to follow with me but my legs and back have got the fact that I have been climbing for five years now behind them and have built naturally stronger than the rest of my body it seems...??

Hey there, I have been training now for about 10 weeks. Before that I have not really worked out in years. I am working out 4-5 days a week and trying to keep a clean diet (the best I can :-) ) I have noticed the most results in my legs and especially calves. My stomach is a bit smaller, my arms (tri, bi, forarms) are tighter/harder. Those I would say are the most noticable. I would have to say the rest has got better, but I understand it takes time and its not going to come over night. Best luck in your training and enjoy.
